Every floral wedding design begins with a blank canvas, and we offer a complimentary, no obligation consultation where we will explore your ideas and get to know one another. It is a good idea to arrange your meeting with us early, as weddings are often booked as much as one year in advance. So that we can find out as much as we can about your likes (and dislikes), and your favourite styles and colours, it is helpful if you collect swatches of material and photos from magazines or books that you love and bring them along to our first meeting.
Following your consultation we will send you a detailed written quotation for your wedding flowers. In this we give a comprehensive cost breakdown and description of the flowers included in each arrangement. At this point if you decide you would like to work with us, we ask for an initial deposit of £100 to secure our availability for your wedding day. This deposit is non-refundable but is deducted from the final invoice total. We continue to fine-tune your requirements and floral designs as your plans take shape over the coming months. Payment of the balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding.  In order to maintain our high standards, we will visit your wedding venue before your big day to ensure that the flowers fit the surroundings, and your vision, perfectly. We are happy to provide samples of your table centres or bouquets but these are chargeable. In The Pink Flowers also offers a complete table decorating service. We can source and arrange those all-important design touches - pretty place cards, unusual favours, gorgeous glassware, napkin rings, scatter glitter, ribbons, butterflies, petals... in fact, anything to make your reception tables truly gorgeous! If you have bought your own, we are more than happy to arrange your table decorations for you at no extra charge. Because each design is customised, we do not offer flat rates or packages. Costs for overall floral arrangements depend on many variables including the season, floral selection and specific style preferences. In The Pink Flowers is based in London. We serve London and the home counties and will travel to Wiltshire, Avon, Bath, Bristol and South Gloucestershire on request.
